Christy's National Workshop Schedule
Christy Burnette, a certified Anusara Yoga instructor, began practicing yoga 13 years ago when she left a career in corporate sales to pursue a more fulfilling life-style. Christy enjoys working with all levels of athletes by use of therapeutics, physical and mental conditioning.
Her experience includes individual and group instruction, teacher training, local and national workshops, and retreats.

West African Drumming 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
This exciting and fun class is taught by Frank Thompson of the Arizona Rhythm Connection. You will be smiling and playing before you know it. Drums are provided if you do not have one. The class is a beginner friendly class for those who want to learn the basics of hand drumming. The focus of the class is West African Djembe. Extra drums will always be available. If you have been waiting and wanting to learn, AZRC classes will be especially great for you! Intermediate level players are welcome.
